Hand-cut Himalayan salt soap bars carved from solid pink salt, supplied wholesale to spa retailers, wellness brands, and private label programmes. Used as natural deodorant stones, exfoliating massage bars, and spa treatment tools. Available in polished or natural finish, in standard rectangular bars or custom carved shapes, with moisture-barrier packaging as standard and retail-ready presentation under your own brand. Shipping to 45 countries with cosmetic documentation prepared.
Five formats across retail and professional use. Standard rectangular bars are the volume line and the most familiar retail format. Rounded and oval bars sit more comfortably in the hand and command a higher retail price for very little extra production cost. Polished bars have a smooth glassy finish for deodorant use, where a rough surface would drag on skin. Natural finish bars keep the raw cut texture for exfoliation and massage work. Custom shapes — hearts, stars, ovals, and brand-specific forms — are carved to order for gift and premium retail ranges.
Salt bars are simple to make badly and hard to make consistently, and the two things that go wrong are surface finish and moisture.
Salt bars carry the highest margin per unit of anything in the wellness range. They are small, light relative to their retail price, need no formulation, and sell on a shelf with almost no explanation. That combination has drawn a great many suppliers into the category, and the failure rate on shipments is correspondingly high.
Almost all of it comes down to moisture. Salt is hygroscopic, a carved bar has a large surface area relative to its mass, and a container crossing the tropics puts it through humidity swings that a warehouse in Punjab never will. Bars packed in decorative paper wrap without a moisture barrier arrive damp, cloudy across the surface, and adhered to their packaging — unsellable, and a total loss on the shipment rather than a partial one. We cure bars to stable moisture content before wrapping and pack with a moisture barrier as standard rather than offering it as a paid upgrade.
The second issue is finish. Deodorant use and exfoliating use want opposite surfaces, and a supplier cutting a single finish for both is guaranteed to disappoint half their customers. We cut and finish to the application you are actually selling into, which requires knowing what that is before production rather than after.
Third is weight. A bar sold at a fixed shelf price with a fifty gram spread across the batch means some units are given away and others feel mean in the hand. We cut to tolerance and state it.
Custom shapes are where this category rewards a little ambition. A rectangular bar competes on price with every other rectangular bar on the shelf, because nothing distinguishes one supplier’s from another’s. A shape carved specifically for your brand cannot be price-compared, which changes the conversation with your buyer entirely. Carving costs us marginally more in labour and nothing in material, so the premium a distinctive shape earns at retail is almost entirely yours. Send us a drawing or a reference and we will cut a sample before you commit to a run.
