Himalayan Salt for Retail Brands

Private label Himalayan salt for retail, DTC, and own-brand programmes, produced by the manufacturer rather than sourced through a trading house. Custom packaging, your artwork, low first-run minimums while you test a range, and the container capacity to scale when it works. Grinders, pouches, canisters, bath salt jars, lamps, and gift sets, filled and finished ready for your shelf in 45 countries.

Retail Formats We Fill and Finish

Five formats covering most own-brand pink salt ranges. Grinder packs are the highest-volume retail format and the one where granule consistency decides whether a line repeats. Stand-up pouches ship light and protect against moisture, making them the value option. Glass jars and canisters carry shelf presence at a higher freight cost. Bath salt jars and pouches address the wellness aisle under cosmetic rather than food rules. Gift sets combine salt, lamps, or blocks into a single higher-margin SKU.

Why Retail Brands Source Direct From the Manufacturer

Buying through a trader adds a margin and removes the two things a brand actually needs: control and visibility.

Private Label Pink Salt, Built Around Your Launch

The pattern that kills own-brand salt lines is almost always the same. A brand validates a product with a small run through a trader, the line performs, they scale the order, and the third shipment arrives visibly different from the first — a lighter shade, a coarser grind, a fill weight that drifts. By then the SKU is listed, the packaging is printed, and a retailer’s quality team is asking questions the brand cannot answer because it has no visibility into where the salt actually came from.

That happens because traders fill orders from whatever is available rather than from a consistent source, and because a brand buying through an intermediary has no line of sight to the seam, the mill, or the packing floor. Nothing about it is dishonest. It is simply what sourcing through a middle layer means in a product that varies naturally.

Buying direct removes the layer. We mine, grade, mill, and pack in-house, so the material in your third container comes from the same place as the material in your first, and if you need to evidence provenance to a retailer or an auditor we can document it rather than assert it.

The other thing direct supply changes is speed. Artwork questions, fill weight adjustments, and format changes go to the people who will actually execute them rather than through a broker, which typically takes a fortnight out of a launch timeline and considerably more out of a revision cycle.

Channel also decides specification in ways that surprise first-time brand owners. A grinder pack sold through grocery needs granules screened for a mill mechanism and food-grade documentation. The same brand’s bath salt sits under cosmetic regulation with an entirely different paperwork trail. A gift set combining both crosses two regimes in one SKU. None of this is difficult once it is mapped, but a supplier who only handles one side of it leaves the brand to discover the other half late, usually when a retailer’s compliance team asks a question nobody anticipated.

We supply retail own-brand programmes, DTC and e-commerce brands, subscription boxes, gourmet and specialty food brands, and wellness ranges across 45 countries.

Scaling a Pink Salt Line Without Changing Supplier

The awkward stage in any own-brand range is the gap between a validated test and a committed volume. A brand at that point needs enough stock to hold a listing without tying up cash in a container it may not sell through, and most suppliers are built for one end of that curve or the other.

We are set up to move with it. First runs can be small enough to test a shelf. Mid-stage volumes ship on pallets rather than full containers. Once the line is proven, full-container programmes run on a scheduled basis with pricing that reflects the commitment. Same facility, same seams, same specification throughout — so scaling up never means requalifying a product or explaining a colour shift to a buyer. Artwork and packaging specifications carry across each stage unchanged, so a format that worked at pallet volume does not need redesigning when it moves to container quantities.
